Using the secure document upload feature on the Title Mortgage website is the easiest way to share your supporting documents with your Loan Officer. The easiest way to upload a number of documents all at once is to compress them into a zip file. Of course you can submit the form as many times as necessary to upload individual files but if you’d rather submit just one file, follow the instructions below to send us a zip file!
1. Put all supporting documents into a folder on your desktop.
2. Right click on the folder, point to Send To, and then click Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
A new compressed folder is created right next to the original. It will look like this:
