Allison Childs

Allison joined the Title Mortgage Team in December of 2024.  Allison’s career in the lending industry started in 1997 in a mortgage support role working for a local mortgage broker.  She then progressed to underwriting and then originating mortgage loans at two local banks.

Allison has a Bachelor’s of Art Degree from Union Institute and University.  She lives with her husband, Kevin, and their shelter dog, Maggie.  Allison and Kevin have two daughters, Abby and Paige.  Allison is an avid reader, loves to travel, and enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, kayaking and camping.
